A note from Mamma
This recipe I used to make in the mornings before school and send in your lunches…sometimes you’d have them for breakfast! I’d normally measure the dry ingredients together and store them in a zip lock bag to expedite the mixing process. I also always baked these in a convention oven at 365 degrees and only for 8 minutes and 30 seconds. You have to set these on the counter to cool on a baking sheet because they do come out of the oven soft. I love to use the parchment paper for the baking sheets for very easy clean up. Also the batter is good if you add a few (1/2 Cup) white chocolate chips. The dark chocolate makes these cookies so very rich without being too sweet…with love to you… Crystal and Seth…Happy Baking…Mamma.
